Who we are
Transitional Housing Hub ("THHub", "we", "us") is operated by [Legal entity name — pending from Toni]. These Terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name — pending from Toni]. By creating an account or using THHub you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use THHub
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. One account per person; keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What THHub provides
- Free training, the community and chat, and a free amount of Toni AI to try it.
- Paid programs, including the operator certification, on the terms shown at checkout.
- Toni AI usage beyond the free amount, through credits, resets or plans shown in the app.
We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you have paid for and not yet received, we will offer a fair alternative or a pro-rated refund.
Payments, installments, credits and resets
Prices, payment options and the refund policy are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose installments, you authorize each scheduled charge until the plan is complete. If a payment fails, we will let you know and Stripe will retry; access decisions after a failed or disputed payment are made by our team.
Toni AI credits and resets are prepaid usage, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable except where the law requires or our Refund Policy says otherwise. Your weekly allowance resets on the schedule shown in the app; unused allowance does not carry over. Credits never unlock content you have not paid for.
The certification
THHub certification is a private professional credential issued by [Legal entity name — pending from Toni]. It is not a government license or permit and does not authorize you to operate a home where licensing, registration, zoning approval or certification by a public body applies. Requirements, reviews and the status of your credential are described in the Certification Hub. We may suspend or revoke a credential for misrepresentation, academic dishonesty or conduct that puts residents at risk, after telling you why.
Toni AI
Toni AI is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated by computer models and can be incomplete or wrong. They are general information, not legal, medical, tax, financial, accounting or fair-housing advice; check important decisions with a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make and for actions you ask Toni AI to take.
Toni AI learns from your conversations and your use of THHub to personalize its help (see "Toni AI memory" in the Privacy Policy). You choose how much it may do on its own: Manual (it asks before each action), Plan (it shows a plan for your approval first) or Auto (it acts on your instructions without asking each time). You can change this at any time.
Do not upload or share other people's sensitive information with Toni AI, including any resident's health, substance-use, drug-test, criminal-justice or identity documents. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.
Community rules
Be respectful. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that shares someone else's private information. Do not spam, sell outside the spaces meant for it, or impersonate anyone. Never post information that could identify a resident.
We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content and block members at any time.
Your content
You own what you post and upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and process it only to run and improve THHub for you and the community, including showing posts to the members who can see that space. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that others have already shared.
Our content
Training videos, lessons, templates, the curriculum and the THHub and Toni T Wade names and brand belong to [Legal entity name — pending from Toni] or its licensors. You may use them for your own business and learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or train AI models on them without written permission.
No promise of results
Transitional housing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise any income, occupancy, funding or business result from using THHub, the training or the certification.
Other services
Some features connect to services we do not control, such as Stripe for payments and Allied Spot for messaging and CRM. Their own terms apply to your use of them.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law, or to protect members and residents. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, our content, disclaimers, limits of liability, disputes) continue after your account ends.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
THHub is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, [Legal entity name — pending from Toni] is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Disputes
Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems are solved quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where [Legal entity name — pending from Toni] is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, unless the law requires otherwise. You and we each waive any right to bring claims as part of a class action.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use THHub after that means you accept the updated Terms.
